The Sustainability Report 2024 represents the second annual non-financial reporting exercise of the year, on a voluntary basis, of Neopharmed Gentili S.p.A. The report is done on a voluntary basis and is the result of the Company’s commitment to share with its stakeholders the actions implemented, and the associated results, in terms of Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) performance, as well as the future objectives, in order to provide a complete and transparent communication.
With the publication of the second edition of its Sustainability Financial Statements, Neopharmed Gentili S.p.A. highlights its desire to adopt a business model capable of combining economic development and sustainability through the continuous improvement of its environmental, social and corporate governance performance.
Within the document there are also references to the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
This represents an opportunity for the Company to actively and tangibly contribute to promote a sustainable development, focusing on areas directly related to its business activities.
The data and information reported in the Financial Statements refer to the fiscal year ending 31st December 2024 and were obtained and validated through a process of identification and selection of the issues of greatest importance to the Company and its stakeholders.
The document was prepared by virtue of a participatory process involving all the different corporate functions with the support of a specialized external body. In drafting it, estimates and available data were compared with those of the previous year in order to ensure the correctness of the information and provide an accurate and up-to-date representation of the performance put in place by the Company.
