PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CANDIDATES AND RECRUITMENT
Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as GDPR or Regulation for short), we inform you that your personal data freely provided by you, will be processed by the Data Controller, exclusively for the performance of personnel search, selection and evaluation activities in the interest of the Company. The data is collected by sending information about their professional experience in the form of a Curriculum Vitae (“CV”) via the e-mail address on the website.
This sending may take place on a spontaneous application or in response to specific personnel search and selection announcements on the Company’s website or on third party websites. The legal basis that legitimizes the processing is Art. 6, par. 1, letter b), GDPR, as the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same.
The provision of data is optional. It should be noted, however, that failure to provide such data will make it impossible for the Company to take into consideration the application of the data subject in any personnel selection and evaluation procedure. The CVs received will be deleted at the end of the calendar year following the one in which they were received; If you are still interested in submitting your application, you will have to send it to us again.
We also inform you that the data you freely provide will be processed exclusively by personnel authorized by the Data Controller and will not be disseminated. However, your data may be communicated to third parties who perform, on behalf of the Data Controller, specific services aimed at ensuring the correct pursuit of the aforementioned purposes. The processing processes for the purposes described do not involve the transfer of candidates’ personal data to recipients based in non-EEA countries.
We remind you that, pulsante toArticles 15 to 21 of the Regulations, you have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of data concerning you, to obtain an indication on the origin and the purposes and methods of processing, updating, rectification, limitation, integration of data as well as the cancellation of data processed in violation of the law or if one of the reasons specified in Article 17 of the Regulations exists. You also have the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, you can contact the Data Controller by sending a message to the following email address: privacy@neogen.it or by sending a registered letter to the Data Controller at the address specified in this policy. Alternatively, you can contact the DPO at the e-mail address dpo@neogen.it. The GDPR also provides for the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
