Information pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679
Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the so-called “GDPR”), we inform you that your personal data (name, surname and e-mail address) will be processed by the company NEOPHARMED GENTILI S.p.A. as Data Controller, mainly by electronic means, for the sole purpose of allowing you access to the section of the site dedicated to Professional Investors. Your data will be kept only for as long as necessary to guarantee you access. After 12 months of inactivity of your user or following your express request, the data will be deleted.
The legal basis for the processing is the performance of pre-contractual/contractual activities requested by the data subject (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR). The provision of your personal data is free, however failure to provide the requested data will prevent us from allowing you to access this section of the website. If you decide to provide us with your data, we inform you that these will be processed by personnel authorized by the Data Controller. Under no circumstances will your data be disseminated.
Furthermore, we remind you that, pursuant to articles 15 to 21 of the Regulation, you have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of data concerning you; to know the origin of the possession of your data by the Data Controller and to obtain confirmation regarding the purposes and methods of the processing. In addition, you have the right to portability, updating, rectification, limitation, integration and deletion of data, except for the need for their storage in order to comply with any legal obligations.
