Neopharmed Gentili S.p.A., (Hereinafter the “Company”) as Data Controller would like to provide you with the following specific information regarding the management of the sites (www.neogen.it) with reference to the processing of personal data of the users consulting them. This is also a disclosure made pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 “GDPR” (hereinafter the “Privacy Policy”), in accordance with the “Guidelines 5/2020 on consent under Regulation (EU) 2016/679”.

2. users filling in the form with their personal data to submit their unsolicited job application;
3. users spontaneously disclosing their data when filling out the registration form required to access the area of the site reserved to medical practitioners. 4. users filling in the form with their personal data in order to submit a report to the Neopharmed Gentili Group Pharmacovigilance Service.

PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

Personal data shall be processed for the following purposes:

  1. For the purposes of browsing and seeking consultation on the site and to comply with legal obligations;
  2. For the purposes inherent to providing the requested services (e.g., answering questions—product related questions included), as well as to fulfill any fiscal and accounting obligations related to the data itself;
