Neopharmed Gentili strengthens its ESG commitment: people at the centre, active support for social inclusion, animals and environmental protection
In 2025, Neopharmed Gentili renews and expands its ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) commitment through concrete initiatives that reflect a corporate culture guided by the centrality of health, both human and animal, by the values of solidarity and inclusion, and by responsibility toward the community in which it operates.
From the “SuperJob” project, which for more than five years has been actively supporting the inclusion of people with disabilities in the world of work, to social volunteer initiatives in favour of the most vulnerable people such as working alongside volunteers from the Opera San Francesco Association in canteen and checkroom services, to activities to protect the environment, dedicating two days to cleaning Milan’s green areas with the volunteer association WAU! – We Are Urban.
Particular attention is also paid to collaborations with networks of Third Sector Associations active on Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) issues, including joining the network of Fondazione Libellula, the group of companies committed to preventing and contrasting gender-based violence, and supporting the projects of the PizzAut Association in favour of the job placement of young people with autism.
Not only commitment to people, but also to animals: the ‘virtual shelter’ for dogs and cats developed by Neopharmed Gentili together with Empethy, the platform active on the issues of straying, responsible adoption, and proper pet management, registered great participation. As part of the initiative, employees also took part in an awareness day at the kennel in Vairano di Vidigulfo (Pavia), becoming ambassadors of the importance of fighting the stray emergency and promoting the protection of animal welfare.
