Neopharmed Gentili Spa, an Italian pharmaceutical company specialized in the commercialization of high‑value therapeutic solutions and a key player in the national pharmaceutical market—currently experiencing strong international growth—is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Officer.

Role Description

The resource, reporting directly to the Head of Pharmacovigilance & QPPV and working within the Pharmacovigilance Department, will be responsible for:

  • Drafting Pharmacovigilance Agreements (PVAs).
  • Drafting and reviewing SOPs and Work Instructions.
  • Participating in audits and inspections.
  • Coordinating international projects/activities.
  • Monitoring regulatory authority websites.
  • Extracting aggregated data for line listings and other periodic pharmacovigilance reports.
  • Conducting literature reviews to identify ICSRs and Periodic Aggregate Reports.
  • Preparing Periodic Aggregate Reports.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in a scientific discipline (Medicine, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Pharmacy, Biology).
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in pharmacovigilance within a pharmaceutical company or a pharmacovigilance service provider.
  • Pharmacovigilance training through internal or external courses; holding a master’s degree or advanced training in pharmacovigilance is considered a plus.
  • Knowledge and understanding of current local and European regulations applicable to Pharmacovigilance.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with different corporate functions.
  • Autonomy and proactivity.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong team‑working attitude.
  • Proficiency in common IT tools.
