At Neopharmed, we want to strengthen our long-term commitment to sustainable growth and have a positive impact on society and the environment, keeping with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as established by the UN.

We have thus developed a Strategic Sustainability Plan with the key objectives and concrete measures relating to Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG), which are testament to our own role in society.

The plan serves as a strategic guide and roadmap for the following three areas: Environmental, Social, and Governance.

It was created collaboratively, taking into account the feedback of internal and external stakeholders, while also considering potential changes in the regulatory landscape, as well as global socio-economic trends.

Beyond keeping track of the initiatives implemented, this plan also helps in identifying areas for improvement and future objectives thanks to its efficient system for measuring progress over time. It therefore facilitates the monitoring and performance analysis processes, as well as its adaptability to the ever-changing market and societal conditions.

Additionally, a Sustainability Committee has been established to monitor progress and highlight potential corrective actions that may need to be taken along the way.
