The Sustainability Report 2025 represents the third edition of Neopharmed Gentili S.p.A.’s annual voluntary sustainability reporting and confirms the Company’s commitment to sharing with its stakeholders its results, initiatives, and objectives in the areas of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), promoting transparent and responsible communication.
Through this document, Neopharmed Gentili reaffirms its commitment to integrating sustainability into its growth strategy, continuously monitoring and improving its ESG performance and contributing to long-term value creation.
The Report has been prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards and includes references to the United Nations 2030 Agenda Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which serve as a framework for the development of an increasingly sustainable business model.
The data and information presented refer to the financial year ended 31 December 2025 and were collected through a structured process aimed at identifying, selecting and validating the information most relevant to the Company and its stakeholders.
The preparation of the Report involved the various corporate functions with the support of a specialized external advisor. In order to ensure the reliability, consistency and comparability of the information disclosed, the use of estimates was minimized and, where possible, data were compared with those of the previous reporting period.
