Neopharmed Gentili S.p.A., an Italian pharmaceutical company specialized in marketing high‑therapeutic‑value solutions and a key player in the national market – currently undergoing international expansion – is seeking a Junior Medical Advisor.

Role Description

The resource will be included within the Medical Affairs function and will specifically:

  • collaborate on the definition and development of scientific communication strategies, ensuring continuous updating of the medical‑scientific knowledge of the Sales Force;
  • be responsible for creating PowerPoint presentations on scientific topics related to company products or products in the launch phase;
  • manage training courses for pharmaceutical sales representatives on the assigned products;
  • conduct bibliographic research on drugs and relevant therapeutic areas;
  • collaborate with the Marketing department in the development of scientific communication materials and projects aimed at healthcare professionals;
  • participate in key congresses within the therapeutic areas of responsibility;
  • contribute to the evaluation of new products in the relevant areas.

Requirements

  • Degree in a scientific discipline, preferably Medicine, CTF (Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technologies), Pharmacy, or Biotechnology; a PhD is considered a plus;
  • at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within pharmaceutical companies;
  • proactivity and team‑working attitude;
  • excellent communication, relational, and organizational skills, essential for interacting with the team and various corporate functions, and for building solid intra‑ and inter‑functional relationships;
  • strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly advanced PowerPoint use;
  • good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
  • a Master’s degree in Medical Affairs will be considered an asset.
